Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • Damaged products received
  • Spoiled products received
  • Incorrect products delivered

Refund Request Process

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Brief description of the issue

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, we do not accept returns.

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Each case will be reviewed individually and may qualify for replacement or refund.
